Initial Investment is $3,500.

Includes: Traditional eye, impression, fitting, and alignment services; prosthetic eye care products, such as, saline, suction cup, and other tools , all packaged in an EYEMKR swag bag. 

ADDITIONAL BENEFIT:  1 FREE clean & polish  (valued at $150) to ensure optimal care for your prosthetic eye(s).

Each additional eye in your collection can be cleaned and polished for an extra $10.

• This covers your Traditional eye and all associated fitting and alignment services.
• If you are seeking insurance assistants please go to “FOR DOCTORS” tab on our website and have your doctor follow the ‘LMN Template’.  We do not offer courtesy billing to your insurance. We are a “Fee for Service Provider”. You will receive a superbill. A superbill is a detailed receipt or invoice that healthcare providers give to patients after services are rendered. It is commonly used in situations where the provider does not bill the insurance company directly (e.g., out-of-network providers). The patient can submit the superbill to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Support, Guidance & Consulting: Receive 1-on-1 expert support and knowledge from our Ocularist’s. An expert opinion may help in identifying and addressing any potential issues early on, ensuring long-term comfort and health. Ocularist provide invaluable emotional support to individuals adapting to life with a prosthetic eye. They offer empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for people to express their feelings and concerns. By building a trusting relationship, ocularists can help boost a persons confidence and self-esteem, reassuring them about the appearance and functionality of their prosthetic eye. They also provide encouragement and motivation, helping people navigate the emotional challenges of their journey. This personalized care fosters a sense of community and belonging, making people who wear prosthetic eyes feel supported and understood throughout their experience. 

Regular clean and polish services are essential for maintaining the health and appearance of your prosthetic eye. We recommend having your prosthetic eye(s) cleaned and polished at least twice a year, although some wearers may require more frequent care depending on their individual needs and lifestyle. Regular maintenance not only ensures optimal hygiene by removing deposits and bacteria that can accumulate on the surface but also helps preserve the eye's luster and color, prolonging its lifespan. By keeping your prosthetic eye in top condition, you can enjoy better comfort, improved aesthetics, and overall eye health.

Services Included:

• Clean and Polish of Custom Prosthetic Eye
• Minor Adjustments:  Prosthetic eyes may need adjusting to maintain optimal fit, comfort, and alignment as natural anatomical changes or wear can occur over time. (Major adjustments may require a new eye or a build-up, which may require more resources and valuable time, please consult with your Ocularist.)
• Minor Repairs:  Prosthetic eyes may need minor repairs due to small chips, scratches, or other damage that can occur over time, affecting the appearance and comfort of the prosthetic. Minor repairs can also address issues with the fit or alignment, ensuring the prosthetic eye remains functional and aesthetically pleasing. (Major repairs may require a new eye or a build-up, which may require more resources and valuable time, please consult with your Ocularist.)
• Priority Scheduling: Enjoy priority access to our cleaning services, ensuring your appointments are timely and convenient. For our D.I.Y members, you may conveniently mail your eyes.
• 1-on-1 consulting: Another benefit of clean and polish services is the thorough evaluation of the eye socket and expert opinion, which may help in identifying and addressing any potential issues early on, ensuring long-term comfort and health. We can provide these services via remote consultation or by appointment. If you have a medical emergency please contact your medical doctor.
